Only one thing I can share today. Your hard drinks. Few tips to remember before hard drinks
* want to tell 1 ml of any hard drink give 7 calories those are purely empty calories. So be your mathematics and calculate how much u r consuming.
* what u munch with alcohol. Papad peanuts fries fried non veg.these all are going to contribute again in fats and calories. What u can choose may be paneer tikka or fish or chicken grilled or tikka.
* have lot of water before drinks so u r filled and don't have spaces
* prefer dinner before drinks not post drinks .u will be overloading your calories before sleep so if u had dinner before drinks .your empty calories consumption will be less after dinner lot of water so small space for drinks
Than dance and party hard
